Working on the payment rails.
Banky is a payments platform: money coming in through a dozen methods across several markets, sitting in multi-currency accounts, and going back out again. The work is the unglamorous kind that has to be right.
Nothing is posted right now.
We are not advertising a role at the moment, and we would rather say so than keep a page of aspirational job titles up. If you do the kind of work above and you would want to hear when something opens, write to us — tell us what you do and we will keep it on file properly rather than politely.
Three things that are true of the job.
Payments, not features
The product is money movement. A bug here is somebody's payment, which changes how carefully things get built and how seriously they get tested.
Several markets at once
Pix behaves differently from SEPA, which behaves differently from a card. Local knowledge is not a nice-to-have on this team.
A small surface, deeply
Banky does one category of thing and intends to do it properly, rather than a dozen adjacent things approximately.
