Solutions
The methods your customers reach for first.
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, accepted through the same integration and settling into the same account as everything else on the platform.
What it includes
- Credit and debit cards
- The default for most customers in most markets, and the thing a checkout is expected to have.
- Apple Pay
- One tap, on a device the customer is already holding, with no card number typed.
- Google Pay
- The same, on Android and on the web.
- One settlement, not several
- Card money lands in the same multi-currency account as bank transfers and local methods, so reconciliation stays a single job.
- Enabled per country
- Methods are switched on per market, so a customer only ever sees what actually works where they are.
Where this isn’t the right fit
Card payments carry interchange and scheme fees, and they stay reversible for months after they complete. Neither of those is something Banky can remove — they belong to the card networks, not to us. Where your customer can use instant bank transfer instead, it will cost you less and cannot be charged back. Cards are here because a lot of customers will not use anything else.
The honest reason to take cards is that people expect them. The honest reason to take more than cards is that a meaningful share of your customers would rather not use one.
