Pay the way you already do.

Banky is the payment step on a merchant's checkout. You pick how you want to pay — your bank, a card, a wallet, or whatever is normal where you live — confirm it, and you are back. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.

What happens, in four steps.

    Pick how you want to pay

    Your bank, a card, a wallet, or a local method — whatever is offered where you are.

    Confirm it

    If you chose your bank, you log in the way you always do and approve the amount; the recipient and the reference are already filled in. Other methods work the way you would expect them to.

    You are back on the merchant's site

    With a confirmation. The payment is done.

Five straight answers.

Do I need an account with Banky?
No. You do not need a registration with Banky to use this option. All you need is an active bank account with enough balance to cover the payment.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. Banky does not charge payers — our service is totally free for customers. You pay the amount your merchant set, and nothing on top of it.
Do I need online banking?
Only if you choose to pay straight from your bank — that method is a transfer you authorise by logging in, so there is nowhere else for it to happen. If you do not have online banking, pick one of the other methods the merchant offers.
Is paying by bank safer than paying by card?
It is different rather than strictly safer. Paying from your bank means no card number is entered anywhere, so there is nothing that could be reused later. Paying by card is also protected, by your card issuer's own rules. Both are offered; pick whichever you prefer.
How do I get a refund?
From the merchant you paid. Refunds are theirs to issue — contact them directly and they will arrange it.

Why this is safe

  • If you pay from your bank, you approve it inside your own bank, with your own credentials, under whatever your bank requires of you.
  • Personal information is encrypted and protected by industry standard security.
  • You never register with Banky, so there is no account of yours here to be broken into.
